Washington ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Washington Corporations Division requires that both Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report is due on the anniversary of the initial date of filing of the company. The Annual Report is mailed 45 days prior to the due date to the designated Registered Agent of the company. The Washington Corporation Division does offer online filing of the Annual Report.

The Annual Report is due on the anniversary of the corporations’ initial date of filing
Limited Liability Company	$69.00
The Annual Report is due on the anniversary of the Limited Liability Companies initial date of filing

Washington ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
